It's a lovely thing to know, in fact, that he's not churning out illustrations for the sake of them. It gives his work a whole new dimension. I might go and buy Elmer now (again!) even though I don't know any children. I've bought an unusual amount of kids books lately! They're just so pretty. Great post.
