		<description>I completely agree with you re: his illustrations echoing his own nostalgia. It&#039;s a lovely thing to know, in fact, that he&#039;s not churning out illustrations for the sake of them. It gives his work a whole new dimension. I might go and buy Elmer now (again!) even though I don&#039;t know any children. I&#039;ve bought an unusual amount of kids books lately! They&#039;re just so pretty. Great post.</description>
